Welcome to the Forum Andy 
You have posted a site where one could be able to find the desired job if she is not satisfied with the current one. And in addition to depict the reasons behind the dissatisfaction you have started a polling option. Good job! I appreciate it.
There is a but! Your site does not provide any info related to jobs or any agencies. Rather it is full of google adsense which I suppose generate money for you and advertisements of other website. That means the visitors wouldn't be benefited through your website. And we are here to serve the visitors in as many possible ways.
My vote is a big NO to your site. I suggest to the administrators to deactivate the link.
