A survey published few days back in TOI stating that 160 million people in India using the mobile service at present. That means 16 crores of people are having mobile sets in their hands.
The survey also revealed the fact that in the year 2006 June, Indians having mobile sets, spent 461 minutes on an average at that month.
GSM users spent 446 minutes and the CDMA users went for 425 minutes on average in that month 
In addition Russia in the 4th largest country in respect of mobile users. Instead they spend 87 minutes in a month on an average. |
